The countries to which we ship our products are: Spain, France, Belgium, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Italy, Luxembourg, and the United Kingdom.
For shipments within Spain, we ship oranges on the Monday following your order. For shipments to Europe, oranges will be harvested for shipment on Monday morning.
The estimated delivery time will be:
– One/two business days for Spain
– Three/four business days for France
– Four/five business days for Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, Luxembourg, and the United Kingdom.
If weather conditions prevent us from harvesting our products on the scheduled date, they will be picked when weather permits. We will inform you of any delays in the delivery of our products via email. The carrier will contact you by phone if they cannot deliver the order to the address provided, so that we can deliver it at a later time.
If you receive the order in poor condition, please note it on the carrier’s delivery note, take photos, and send them to us by email, describing the defects found. If you find any other defects, please contact us and we will offer you a solution. If you accept the merchandise without noting your dissatisfaction on the delivery receipt, if applicable, we will not be able to accept your claim. If you will not be at the delivery location at the agreed time, please contact the carrier to arrange delivery on another day. If, after 15 days from when your order is available for delivery, the order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, we will understand that you wish to withdraw from the contract and will consider it terminated. As a result of terminating the contract, we will refund the amount for the products less the logistics costs of delivery.

We will not be responsible for any breach or delay in the fulfillment of any of the obligations assumed, when it is due to events that are outside of our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”). It will be understood that the obligations will be suspended during the period in which the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension in the term to fulfill said obligations for a period of time equal to the duration of the Force Majeure Event.
